JICA Knowledge Co-Creation Program (Group and Region Focus): Promotion and Technical Improvement of Team Medical Care for Perinatal Care”
In 2019, the Faculty of Medicine’s School of Nursing invited 8 health-care professionals from Burundi, Cote d’Ivoire, Mexico, and Senegal to a three-week training course under JICA Knowledge Co-Creation Program.
The participants visited University of Miyazaki Hospital and other health-care facilities in Maternal and Child Health training since 2007 and accepted a total of about 90 participants from more than 30 countries for its programs to date, which include the “Women’s Health and Child Health Support for the Middle-Eastern Countries” and “Reinforcement of Public Administration and Community Partnership for Reproductive Health” programs.
