Rewiring of the dissected branch along the jailed balloon technique in provisional stenting for true coronary bifurcation lesions

心臓カテーテル治療（経皮的冠動脈インターベンション: PCI）において分岐部病変はステントを留置する際に枝分かれした血管（側枝）が閉塞するリスクがあります。そのような合併症を回避する手段としてmodified jailed balloon technique (MJBT)やthe rewiring of dissected branches along the jailed balloon technique（Real JAB Technique） という側枝にバルーンカテーテルを使って閉塞を回避する方法がそれぞれ近年報告されています。今回この2つの手法を計画的に組み合わせて使うことの有用性を5例の症例を用いて報告しました。
