As a result, a large number of plaque spots (white spots of different sizes; findings of viral growth) were observed in Vero cells inoculated with virus solution + culture solution or virus solution + sterile tap water (a and b in the figure below). However, no plaque was observed in Vero cells (c in the figure below) inoculated with virus solution + 10 mg\/L ozonated water.
