Its 29 year history has ended, and it is now the Faculty of Medicine, UOM.<\/p>\n<p>Our faculty aims to act as a regional center for medically related and co-medical education and research, have students master advanced medicine and nursing, with a policy of putting human life first, to cultivate doctors, nurses and researchers who have well-rounded personalities based on medical ethics, and to contribute towards the evaluation of medical and nursing standards and the promotion of social welfare.<\/p>\n<h4>School of Medicine (maximum number of admissions: 110)<\/h4>\n<p>The School of Medicine aims to make a contribution to the promotion of medicine and welfare towards international society, by training doctors and medical researchers who can contribute to the community and act internationally, and by cultivating persons with a deep sense of humanity who can meet the needs of an advanced and diverse medical society and society in general.<\/p>\n<h4>School of Nursing (maximum number of admissions: 60)<\/h4>\n<p>The School of Nursing aims to promote human health, welfare, and nursing skills by cultivating broad-minded specialists with a deep sense of humanity and respect towards life who can meet the needs of a growing and advanced medical welfare system.<\/p>\n<h3>Interdisciplinary Graduate School of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine<\/h3>\n<p>The Interdisciplinary Graduate School of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine offers a doctoral course aiming to produce future researchers and educators in veterinary medicine from among highly specialized professional doctors, veterinarians and researchers in all disciplines. \u00a0Master Courses are also offered aiming to train high caliber medical technicians and researchers as well as consultants in clinical ethics equipped with advanced research expertise and a broad knowledge of biological science.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Course<\/td>\n<td>Majors<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Master\u2019s Course<br \/>\n(Medical and Veterinary Science)<\/td>\n<td>Training Course for Researchers of Life Science<br \/>\nTraining Course for Healthcare Professionals<br \/>\nTraining Course for Bioethics Coordinator<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Doctor\u2019s Course<br \/>\n(Medicine and Veterinary Medicine)<\/td>\n<td>Training Course for Physicians with Professional Skills<br \/>\nTraining Course for Veterinarians with Professional Skills<br \/>\nTraining Course for Researchers of Medical and Veterinary Science<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h3>Graduate School of Nursing Science<\/h3>\n<p>The Graduate School of Nursing Science offers <strong>Training Course for Researchers<\/strong> and <strong>Training Course for Advanced Practice Nurses<\/strong> to foster research, education and practical abilities for the promotion of health and medical welfare.
